Cancellation Policy
Clients must cancel at least 48 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. If you cancel with less than 48 hours notice, you will be responsible for 25% of the scheduled service price.
If you reschedule an appointment more than three times within a 48-hour time frame, you will have to pay a booking fee to hold the appointment.
If you are a no-call no-show, you will be charged 50% of the service and will only be rebooked once payment is received.
A card will need to be on file to book appointments.
